Hello, I'm Dianne, the founder of Kendra Collaborative, and I'm excited to share more about myself and our business.
Based in Colorado, we are proud to be a women-owned company serving clients across multiple states through the magic of technology. With over 20 years of experience as a professional problem solver in Corporate America, I dedicated myself to anticipating and resolving issues and then partnering with others to implement sustainable solutions. Process improvement and execution are my expertise.
I get nerdy about planning, organizing, and developing strategies. I genuinely enjoy making homes run smoothly and helping small business owners delegate the multitude of hats they wear daily.
Building long-term relationships as a trusted advisor is immensely fulfilling, and witnessing the growth and success of our clients beyond our collaboration is truly gratifying.
Now, you may be wondering why did I leave the corporate world and who the heck is Kendra? After two decades of invaluable experiences, the time was right to venture into new territories as I continue to grow. Little did I know that starting a small business would become my next exciting step.
Let me take you back to my childhood when I wrote family holiday cards at age 10 and planned my first party at 15. By 22, I was managing a restaurant, and at 27, I joined a Big Four bank where I quickly moved up the ranks and thrived.
The loss of both my parents within a two-year period shattered my world. Amidst the pandemic, these losses became the catalyst for my overdue next chapter. I took an "adult gap year" - ask me about it; I highly recommend it!
Finally, I had the freedom and time to pursue my passions—travel, events, projects, and helping others. However, after savoring this newfound freedom for several months, the harsh reality of returning to work loomed over me. Or did it?
This is when Kendra Collaborative was born. Kendra represents the street I grew up on, where my family had a home for 46 years. It's the place where everything I am today began, in a small lane in southeastern Pennsylvania.
The lessons I learned there are deeply ingrained in me, both as a business owner and as a human being. Today, I reside in Colorado with my incredible wife, Kathleen, and our amazing pack of chihuahuas, all of whom have touching rescue stories.
In closing, I'll share a piece of wisdom from my Dad - "you can get more with sugar than you can with vinegar." Working with you and bringing a little sweetness into your life would be an honor.
