What is a concierge? 

It can be confusing so we're glad you asked!  Essentially, we expertly provide services that simplify your personal and business life.  Think of us as "life managers" who personalize our services to proactively meet your goals. 

What type of services do you offer? 

We do a lot!  Too many things to list.  Think of Kendra Collaborative as the company to call to handle the things that stay on your To Do list because you don't have time to do them or you just don't feel like doing!  We are experts at strategy and details.  If you don't know what you need, that's us too!  We can help you figure out what you need and help you make it happen!

Our goal is to simplify your life and create time for you to do other things that are likely way more important.  If you need a service that we do not provide, we will connect you with a trusted partner to meet your needs! 

What geographic area(s)
do you serve? 

Kendra Collaborative is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  We work with clients locally and nationally.  For clients outside of our immediate area, our services are limited to work we can do virtually.  If a client has a request that requires travel outside of the Front Range, travel expenses will be included on their proposal/invoice. 

How much do you charge?  Do I prepay you?  What payments do you accept?  

Your initial consultation is free and no obligation.

Once we understand your needs and your timeline, we will create a proposal that outlines what we will deliver, our timeline and the associated cost.  Every client and every project is different so we customize it for you.  Think of it like a contractor putting together a bid for your bathroom remodel project.

Typically payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice for services rendered.  Occasionally, for certain work, we will require pre-payment.

We accept cash, credit card and mobile payment via Venmo.   

Are materials and expenses included in your price?  

Typically, materials and expenses are not included in our proposal.  When possible, we will provide you an estimate of potential material and expenses.  All third party services or other vendors will be extra and paid by the client.    

Who uses your services? 

Most people think of concierges as someone in the  fancy hotel lobby that makes your dinner reservation. Our clients are both people and businesses.  People are often busy professionals, working parents, caring for aging parents, senior citizens, recovering from surgery and anyone who feels crunched for time or plain overwhelmed.

Our business clients are those with limited time and/or knowledge to execute some of the necessary work of running a busy or just need a fresh set of eyes to look inside their business.  We love small businesses and bring over twenty years of professional experience to help your business succeed in all things. 

What should I expect in the initial consultation?  

Dianne will schedule a time to meet that is convenient for your schedule.  Our meeting can be done via phone, in-person or virtually.

This is our time to get to know each other and for you to share what tasks or projects you need assistance completing.  I will ask questions about your needs, your timeline and your budget.  I will answer any questions you may have to ensure you feel comfortable about working together.

Following the initial consultation, here is what to expect: 

1.  Kendra Collaborative will prepare a proposal including a cost estimate. 

2.  Upon approval of the proposal, Kendra Collaborative will schedule and initiate work on the client's request.  

3.  Once the work is complete, we will send an invoice for payment.

How far in advance do I need to submit a request? 

Please submit any request(s) as soon as you can.  If you don't have the specifics, a budget or a timeline, that's okay!  We want to make sure we have time reserved to support you.
